1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bill.i.ng (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Bill.i.ng is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform providing invoicing, CRM, payments, and business management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) send spam or unsolicited communications; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or (e) infringe on intellectual property rights.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill.i.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data before termination. We may retain data as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
